Nastopa čas velikega sadnega izobilja. Češnje bodo letos bogato obrodile in na posestvu Peterc smo zelo ponosni na nekaj svojih češnjevih dreves, ki nas vsako leto razvajajo. Otroško veselje nabiranja in zobanja češenj z drevesa, delimo tudi z našimi gosti. Vsakemu, ki želi doživeti izkušnjo nabiranja sadja z drevesa, ponudimo košarico in ga naučimo kako prijazno nabirati češnje ter se z njimi sladkati. Tisti, ki jih nabiranje ne navdušuje, imamo češnje že ohlajene in nabrane, tako da niso prikrajšani okušanja. Niso pa samo češnje tiste, ki jih radi zobamo, tu so tudi zelo zapeljive jagode, katere zelo radi postrežemo v cocktailu Rossini ob bazenu ali na terasi. Življenje na posestvu Peterc hitro postane »La Dolce Vita« vabljeni, da se nam pridružite.

Posest Peterc že od samega začetka gradi zgodbo z lokalnimi dobavitelji. Naš najvišji postulat je ponujati lokalno, sezonsko, zdravo in čisto hrano. Zato sodelujemo s skrbno izbranimi lokalnimi dobavitelji, katere predstavimo gostom pri zajtrku in vinskih prigrizkih. Poskrbimo, da gostje degustirajo marmelade, medene izdelke, čaje, sokove vrtnic, lavande, žganje in likerje briških proizvajalcev in briškega terroir-ja. V želji, da gostom ponudimo orientacijo in zaupanje, smo oblikovali znak »Best od Brda by Peterc«, ki gostom pomaga zaupati in graditi lokalno zgodbo skupaj z nami. Verjamemo, da skupaj s lokalnimi pridelovalci smo uspešnejši in močnejši, najbolj od vsega, pa skupaj pripovedujemo eno zgodbo terroirja in si pomagamo, kar nas neskončno veseli.Želimo si, da bi vsako leto dodali novega lokalnega dobavitelja in tako počasi zaobjeli celotno bogato ponudbo najboljših izdelkov Goriških Brd pod krovnim znakom »Best of Brda« by Peterc.

The Peterc Vineyard Estate has been building a story with local suppliers from the very beginning. Our highest postulate is to offer local, seasonal, healthy and clean food. That is why we work with carefully selected local suppliers, who we present to our guests at breakfast and wine snacks. We make sure that guests taste jams, honey products, teas, rose juices, lavender, spirits and liqueurs from best Brda producers and Brda terroir. In order to offer our guests orientation and trust, we have created the sign “Best of Brdo by Peterc”, which helps guests to trust and build a local story with us. We believe that together with local growers we are more successful and stronger, and most of all, together we tell one terroir story and help each other, which makes us infinitely happy. We want to add a new local supplier every year and thus slowly embrace the entire rich offer of best Goriška Brda products under the umbrella sign “Best of Brda” by Peterc.

Spring is a few weeks away, but her breath is already being felt, the vibrations in the air bring her charm and charge with optimism.
It started and soon there’s going to be an Ocean of blossoming fruit trees like cherries, apricots, plums, apples, pears and many more.

Pomlad počasi prihaja in njen dih se že čuti, tresljaji v zraku ji prinašajo čar in napolnijo nas z optimizmom.

Kakšno neverjetno leto je za nami. Od odprtja našega prvega Peterc Vineyard posestva do sprejema neverjetno čudovitih gostov in spoznavanja nepričakovano zanimivih ljudi do sodelovanja z  okusnimi lokalnimi dobavitelji, da ne pozabimo na naše izjemno predano osebje.

Bilo je nepozabno potovanje in uživali smo neskončno, kljub Covid epidemiji.

Želeli bi se zahvaliti prav vsakemu od vas, ki ste z nami pisali zgodbo in nas podpirali v teh čudovitih časih, kjer smo se naučili hvaležnosti in potrpljenja ter se zavezali obljubi, da se bomo nenehno izboljševali in nadgrajevali za Vas, bili v letu 2022 še boljši.

What a year it has been for us. From opening our first Wine Hospitality Estate to receiving amazingly wonderful guests and meeting unexpectedly interesting people to working with more and more delicious local supliers, not to forget our extremely commited staff.

It«s been an amazing journey, despite Covid!

We want to thank each and every one who has supported us through this beutiful time and we are commiting to be even better in 2022 and to never stop improving for You.

Pandemic taught us to be grateful and patient.

In this spirit we have started with our upgrading works and soon will be open again all shiny and new.

At Peterc Vineyard Estate we like spending these autumn evenings playing cards and sipping wine by the fire. It is so much fun to joke and laugh over a game of Canasta, Rummy or favourite local card games like Briscola and the so very Austro-Hungarian game of Tarock!
