About us
The Peterc Vineyard Estate offers a selection of bright and elegant accommodations situated in a peaceful and authentic setting. Our vineyard estate in the Brda hills is designed for the adult traveler seeking a tranquil, relaxing and indulgent atmosphere. With our carefully appointed rooms, luxury amenities, and beautiful views arching across the vineyards and olive groves all the way to the Adriatic Sea, you won’t find a more romantic place to stay in Brda than at the Peterc Vineyard Estate in Kojsko.
Open the patio doors, take a deep breath of fresh Alpine air brought in by last night’s gentle Bora winds, and immerse yourself in nature. 1. Concierge & Planning Services (complimentary)
- Private Concierge — who will:
- Provide a calendar of current, high-quality regional events (wine festivals, classical concerts, food markets, art exhibitions) for the dates of your stay.
- Design customized itineraries, whether for a romantic weekend, a wine-immersion holiday, or an active adventure trip.
- Handle all bookings: wine tastings, olive-oil tours, restaurants, private transport.
- Liaise with local guides, drivers, and service providers, so guests don’t need to plan or coordinate.
- Grocery & Pantry Concierge Package*:
- Pre-arrival provisioning following your preferences
- A curated grocery package can be arranged (based on guest preferences), featuring local artisan suppliers: cheeses, meats, breads, seasonal vegetables, fruit, etc.
- Wines from the estate, regional bottles, or both — selected to taste.
- Cleaning & Housekeeping* — Periodic cleaning service, including laundry, bedding refresh, kitchen cleaning and final cleaning.
2. Culinary Experiences
- Award-Winning Breakfast* Condé Nast Best Breakfast 2026— A locally inspired, luxurious breakfast served daily (or as scheduled), including fresh bread & pastries, farm cheeses, fruits, local delicacies, cooked to order and beautifully presented (please advise of any allergies or dietary restrictions)
- Private Chef / BBQ / Catering*
- Lunch or Dinner by a Private Chef: Hire a professional chef familiar with local and seasonal cuisine — e.g., Mediterranean-style grilling, Slovenian regional fare, etc..
- BBQ Experiences: Arrange a grill master for alfresco dinners by the vines.
- Chef-led Cooking Classes: A private cooking class can be arranged where guests prepare local favorites, guided by a local chef.
- Wine & Olive Oil Tastings*
- Private Wine Tour: Tailored wine tour, according to guests’ tastes (red-white-sparkling-orange wine) & interest (meet the winemaker, award winning wines, magnum bottles, cellar and vineyard tours,…), visiting the best boutique family wineries in Goriška Brda. An all day event including private transfer and Peterc estate’s exceptional wine educator and guide Mr. Ivan Peršolja.
- Olive Oil Tasting: Guided tastings in Goriška Brda with olive-oil tour through olive groves
- Vintage Olive-Oil & Wine Tour: Ride in a vintage van through olive orchards and vineyards, including wine tasting and walks through olive groves.

- E-bike Explorations & Picnics*
- Rent electric bikes for guided or self-guided tours through the vineyards, olive groves, and hilltop villages of Goriška Brda. You will recieve an app with all bike routes and an SOS number for any assistance needed.
- Optional picnic arranged en route (Peterc gourmet basket with local produce, wine, cheese…) at scenic lookouts or in the vineyards.
- Walking, Hiking :
- Self -Guided hikes or walks through the Brda hills, vineyards, and trails. (Concierge can plan routes tailored according to difficulty, interest, fitness.)
- For nature lovers: wooden walkways through dramatic canyons and animal watching with Peterc’s hunter/ranger.
- Golf Day*:
- A day trip to Royal Bled Golf Club, a 27-hole heritage championship course set against a spectacular Alpine backdrop or locally at Castello di Spessa, an 18-hole course on castle grounds.
- Adrenaline / Adventure Day*:
- Rafting or canyoning on the Soča River, arranged via trusted local guides.
- Other active options: ziplining, hiking through Triglav National Park, etc.
- Panoramic Flight / Scenic Tours*:
- Helicopter or small-plane flights (arranged via concierge) to view the vineyard hills, the Alps, or the Adriatic coast (depending on provider availability).
